Hey man, trip went well
but we had a couple exciting moments. We landed two browns, lost two more browns. Didn't measure them
as it was kinda hectic with snow and wind. It was about a 4lb buck and a 3lb hen.

We fished for lakers just a couple hours
mid-day and had one saw me off...man he hit hard! Rip trolled the first half of Saturday with no love.
I need a heavier power rod . My arm is soar, haha!

Saturday morning, we
got a late start and had lures in the water at 7 am. Did two passes past Simax and one pass from resort towards summer
homes. We then ran to Tandy bay and did a couple passes there...think I saw Bret Martin over there...white Hewes?
Or was that Jimmy? We waved to each other. Then we took a break on shore for the pup and did one pass from
tandy to boy scout.

That was it for brown fishing Saturday.
We switched to lakers after picking up Carrie's folks Saturday afternoon. We wrapped our downrigger cable around
the prop! We were trolling with the big motor which we never do and we marked some lakers hugging on structure in deep
water...turned around to work that spot and whammo, cable/prop loving! Had to cut the cable and lose ball and two chamberlain
releases, doh! We called it a day and ran across lake at 5mph with kicker, haha! Wind blew all day but it wasn't
too bad and didn't seem to get any worse, definitely blowing tho.
Sunday morning was snowing and blowing, we made two quick passes from resort to Simax and
landed two browns .

We called it Sunday
about 10am and headed back. Got stuck pulling boat out so Robert gave us a tow.
Chained up for the drive home.
